How to use:

1- Wear pajamas on dry skin for one hour

2- Wear a cotton pajama over it to ensure that the furniture is not dirty with Moroccan Nila .

3- Prepare the traditional Moroccan bath, which consists of Moroccan loofah, Moroccan soap, and sakla with herbs and soap.

4- When you start showering, apply shower oil to the entire body and wait for a few seconds while massaging the body, then remove the Moroccan Nila from the body using Moroccan soap and a Moroccan loofah by rubbing the places that were dyed with Moroccan Nila . Repeat the process until the indigo is removed from the entire body.

5- After showering, moisturize the body.

6- Be careful not to let the water touch the pajamas so as not to damage them, in order to be able to use them several times

7- Place it inside the plastic bag to keep the Moroccan pajamas dry.

8- You can repeat the process once a week, and enjoy the whiteness of the body.
